ghmc.gov.in Process to make Online Payment of Property Tax in Hyderabad and Offline

Like the other cities, Hyderabad is also providing the service of making online payment of Property Tax.  Hyderabad give the option of making payment by both online and offline mode. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation gives the various modes of payments in collecting Property Tax from the property holders. By visiting to the official website of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation GHMC, the tax payer can make payment through using Debit or Credit Card. Mee-Seva Counters are also available in the city for collecting the payment of property tax. AP Online Service Delivery is also giving the facility of submission of payment.  There are citizen service centres, bill collectors, The State Bank of Hyderabad branch is giving the facility of payment of property tax. The property holder can also make payment through Cheque or Demand Draft  in favour of Commissioner GHMC.

This is a good news, if you are paying the property tax 2014-15 on time or before the time, the tax payer will get  a rebate on the total property tax. Paying on time will save penalty charges. If the property owner  pay  the full  payment of property tax of a year before 30^th April and not having any previous arrears, then the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will provide them 5% of rebate.

Recently, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation had accomplished Property Tax Parishkarm for the year 2014-15. If any have any complaint relating to property tax can lodge in Property Tax Parishkaram  which is held on from 7^th December, 2041 to 22^nd March, 2015. The dates fixed for PTP are December 7 to December 21, January 21 to 25^th January, February 15 to 22 and March 1,8,15 and 22 of 2015 from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm. <$> After knowing all the details of your Property Tax, go to the official page of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, that is www.ghmc.gov.in.

<$> In the home page, Payment option will be shown to you. Click on it and then Property Tax. You will get a new page or click on https://ptghmconlinepayment.cgg.gov.in/PtOnlinePayment.do

<$> Select the Circle Number from the selection and then write your PTIN (Property Tax Identification Number) in the appropriate box.

<$> After entering the details click on Submit box.

<$> After submission, the next page will show you the details of your Arrear Tax, GHMC Current Tax, Arrears Tax Interest, Adjustment and Total. The page will show you the Property Tax Dues.

<$> Now Pay your Property Tax online by selecting the mode of Payment and then click on submit button. You can pay property tax online through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.
