- In addition to RCC – 0.60 units.

- Between 1945 and 1985 – 0.90 units
- After 1985 – 1 unit.
After Finding the Capital Value, Property Tax is Calculation -:
Property Value of Property x Current Property Tax Rate (%) x Weight for User Category
- Like hotels and businesses – 4 units.
- Commercial properties (shops, offices) – 3 units
- Industrial and Factories – 2 units
- Residential and Charitable Institute – 1 unit

The citizens can obtain the online payment service facility through the online official website and with the mobile app. For making the online payment the citizens will require the “Property Code” only. Similarly, this property code is available on the previous property tax bill. The citizens can pay the NMMC property taxes either at the Help Centers, or at the Office of the Assistant Revenue Officer, or at the Common Service Centers (CSC) also in all Ward.
